If the product is damaged, or there has been some mistake on our part, you must notify us immediately on receipt (within 3 days), by contacting us on any of the methods listed on our Contact Us page. Additionally, please take a few pictures along with proof of purchase to support your claims.

In such a case, after verification, we will offer to replace the item (if available in our stock) or offer a full refund.

We will require you to return the item in original packing back to us. For major cities and main areas, we may be able to arrange a pick-up service using our specialized e-commerce courier partners.

In other locations, we will require you (the customer) to ship the package by using any one of the standard courier services. For your convenience, we suggest services that offer pick-up from home, such as TCS Haazir or M&P Pick-Up. We will pay courier fees. The return address (Islamabad, Pakistan) shall be provided to you at this point.

  • In case of replacement, we will ship you a replacement product, and refund the courier fees.
  • In case of refund, we will refund the product cost (as invoiced) as well as the courier fees.

The refund will be processed within 2-3 business days, and transferred to any bank / mobile wallet account in your (the customer’s) name. If you paid via a credit / debit card, the refund will be applied to the original method of payment, and may take a few days to show up in your statement.
